Child Safety Policy

1Our Commitment to Child Safety

PIKAX LABS is unconditionally committed to the safety, dignity, and protection of every child. No product feature, business objective, or community goal can justify any risk to minors. Child safety is our highest-priority policy and overrides all other considerations.

This Child Safety Standards document legally and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) across the entire PIKAX ecosystem — including the PIKAX Android application on Google Play, the pikaxlabs.com website, all official Telegram and social media channels, and any affiliated service operated under the PIKAX LABS brand.

2Explicit Prohibition of CSAE

PIKAX LABS explicitly, unconditionally, and permanently prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any and all forms. This prohibition applies to:

• All content: Any image, video, audio, text, or other media that constitutes, depicts, describes, promotes, facilitates, or links to CSAE is absolutely forbidden.
• All conduct: Any attempt to groom, solicit, contact, exploit, abuse, or harm a minor through or using the PIKAX platform or any affiliated channel is absolutely forbidden.
• All accounts: Any PIKAX account used — directly or indirectly — to access, produce, store, or distribute CSAE material will be immediately and permanently terminated.
• All communications: Sharing, referencing, or linking to CSAE content through any PIKAX-affiliated channel — including Telegram groups, social media accounts, or in-app systems — is absolutely forbidden.
• All third parties: Any partner, affiliate, or service provider found to be involved in CSAE will be immediately and permanently removed from all association with PIKAX LABS.

3Platform Design & Child Safety

PIKAX is a financial utility and attention-based token mining application. Its technical architecture eliminates the primary risk vectors through which CSAE typically occurs on digital platforms:

Features That Do NOT Exist on PIKAX

• No user-to-user messaging, direct chat, or private communication of any kind
• No media upload, photo sharing, video sharing, or file transfer capability
• No public or searchable user profiles containing personal information
• No live streaming or any real-time audio/video communication
• No social content discovery feed, comment sections, or community posts
• No third-party content embedding, iframes, or external media within the app

What PIKAX Actually Contains

• A personal PKX mining dashboard displaying the user's own token balance
• A session timer to activate 3-hour mining periods (3.33 PKX per hour)
• A referral system generating a unique invite code — no personal data is shared between users
• An anonymized leaderboard showing display names and mining statistics only
• System-generated push notifications for mining session reminders (no user content)

4Age Restrictions & Minor Protection

PIKAX is intended exclusively for adults. The following minimum age requirements apply globally:

• Global minimum: 13 years of age
• India: 18 years of age — in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (PDPB 2023)
• European Union / EEA: 16 years of age — in compliance with GDPR Article 8
• All other jurisdictions: The higher of 13 or the applicable local age of digital consent

Age Restriction Enforcement

• Mandatory age affirmation is required during account creation before any access is granted
• Google Play's content rating system restricts PIKAX app visibility to eligible age groups
• Accounts identified as belonging to underage users are immediately suspended and permanently deleted within 48 hours, with all associated data erased
• Device fingerprinting prevents re-creation of accounts from a terminated underage user's device

5How to Report CSAE Concerns

PIKAX LABS provides clear, accessible reporting channels for any child safety concern — including suspected CSAE, underage users, or any behavior targeting minors on or through the PIKAX platform.

• Minor account issues: [email protected] — Subject: "Minor Account Report"
• General support: [email protected]

What Happens After You Report

• All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• CSAE-specific reports are immediately escalated to law enforcement — this escalation does not wait for internal review to complete
• PIKAX LABS cooperates fully with NCMEC (cybertipline.org), India's I4C (cybercrime.gov.in), Interpol, and all relevant agencies
• The reporter receives a confirmation acknowledgement within 24 hours
• Reporters are not required to provide personal identification to file a report

6Enforcement & Consequences

All violations of this Child Safety Standards policy trigger the following enforcement actions — applied without exception, without delay, and without the possibility of appeal:

1. Immediate account suspension — the account is locked within minutes of a confirmed or suspected violation
2. Permanent termination — the account is permanently deleted and the user is banned from all future PIKAX accounts
3. Full PKX forfeiture — all mined PKX balance is permanently forfeited with no possibility of recovery
4. Evidence preservation — all account data, activity logs, and relevant records are preserved and made fully available to law enforcement
5. Law enforcement notification — PIKAX LABS proactively contacts the appropriate authorities in the user's jurisdiction
6. Platform-wide permanent ban — the user is barred from re-registering via device fingerprinting, email blocking, and IP logging

PIKAX LABS maintains a dedicated, always-available child safety contact. This contact is accessible to users, parents, guardians, law enforcement agencies, platform reviewers, and regulators worldwide.
